After finishing Psycho Shifters by Jasmine Mas as part of my ’26 in 26’ challenge I had to pick up the second book; not because the first one was that good but because I already had the physical book called ‘Psycho Fae’.

I really have to say that I don’t really get the hype because how can a young woman who hasn’t even punched her V-card be so overwhelmingly smutty? It didn’t stroke with me and the possessiveness in this book has reached an all time high in which it became rather annoying.

Sadie and her Alphas were betrayed by Ascher, with the help of Xerxes they we’re kidnapped to the Fae realm and were now prisoners of the ruthless Fae Queen and Aran, Sadie’s best friend was the queen’s long lost daughter Arabella; huh?! Cobra has already been locked up and broadcasted over the realm as the smut slave having Sadie in the room with him, naked and for the whole realm to see the scars she carries due to the punishments she endured while being a servant.

Not long after that fiasco the Queen decides that they are to enter the Fae Games; survive or die. It’s a competition that is as ruthless as the Queen, the assignments getting harder and harder. The thing with the Fae realm is that you can’t shift to your beast form so you’ll have to battle it out in your natural form and for some their natural form is astounding, muscular and just big where Sadie is small and scrawny. It shouldn’t surprise you that she has had multiple visits with the Fae doctors in this story.

While the Alphas are pining over Sadie and wanting to own her, have her to oneself for activities not to be named; they come to an understanding, no one is to touch Sadie sexually, no kissing no fondling until after the Fae games. The alphas need to be a team and shouldn’t need to worry about who owns who. That doesn’t mean other intercourses can’t take place though and Sadie is dead set on punching that V-card in this book. The Fae have the weirdest things, like actual smut clinics! So, if no one is doing it, that’s where she’ll go. Will she succeed though? Or will she be intercepted?

As much as I liked the story, the amount of smut is just not for me which means I will not be continuing this series. If you do like spice and fantasy, I highly recommend this series.

I’m only giving it ⭐⭐⭐ stars because of the amount of spice.
