ARC Review
Twisted Bones – Helen Phifer
This book has been released on the 21st of May 2025. If you love a good crime novel and like a good story where colleagues actually have a good relationship with each other, where even in sad times there can be humor… You definitely have to give the Morgan Brookes series a try.
How to survive a horror story – Mallory Arnold
This book is set to be released on the 8th of July 2025 and is a must read if you like psychological thrillers. The escape room-esc setting is so thought out, I haven’t read anything like this yet so it really was kind of refreshing.
Run Ruth Run – Elizabeth Kaufman
This book has been released on the 29th of April and is a general fiction kind of book. After doing some fraudulent stuff Ruth has to make a run for it. But they don’t want her for her fraudulent activities. They want her for her Microchip.
Guess Again – Charlie Donlea
This book is set to be released on the 29th of July and you better read it because what a story this has been. A DCI agent turned ER Doctor but has been called back to do one more case. Find out what happened to the governor’s daughter.
By the time you read this – Brianna Labuskes
This book has been released on the 27th of May. When Raisa gets a letter in the mail in the middle of the night with the message ‘by the time you read this, I’ll be dead’. She gets a feeling. That feeling is confirmed mere hours later. It’s been ruled as natural causes but Raisa doesn’t believe it.
Arcana Academy – Elise Kova
This book is set to be released on the 5th of August. This book could well be the next Harry Potter as it’s packed with magic, only a different kind. It’s detailed, it’s thrilling and filled to the brim with fantasy. I think this one is paving the way for an even better second book.
The Queen’s Card – Erin Archer
Mira has wanted to be a keeper for so long but has been sidelined by her sister telling her she’s just not ready yet. When Mira gets kidnapped by the Queen’s second in command everything changes. She gets to see all the lies and deceit she’s been fed for years; leaving only truth behind.
To Hell With It – Claire Frances
This book has been released on the 19th of June and just has to be read. The amount of humor in this book is insane. I actually laughed while reading and that’s not something that happens often, normally a snort is all something gets.
